A Fort Mill man with a past of sex crime allegations has two new indecent exposure charges from his activities on Monday night.

Two women say they were walking their dogs when suspect Brandon Mayer drove up and exposed himself to them from inside his Jeep Grand Cherokee. The two charges come after his arrest for flashing a woman outside Kingsley Apartments on the same evening.

Mayer, 23, of the 300 block of Ardrey Street, was sitting in the York County Detention Center on Friday night under a $20,000 bond. All of the incidents happened Monday, and an investigation led to his arrest Thursday.

In the new cases: A 49-year-old woman was walking her dog on Derricks Crossing when a man in a black Jeep Cherokee approached her slowly. The woman thought it was someone asking for directions, but she heard the man say, “Do you want some of this?” The victim looked and saw the man’s penis, according to a York County sheriff’s report.

A second victim said she was also walking her dog down Clark Elliot Street and saw a black Jeep Grand Cherokee driving slowly toward Sutton Road. The 61-year-old woman heard the driver say, “Do you think you can help me with this?” before she turned and looked at the Jeep.

”Once she looked, she saw the man’s penis before he drove way,” a sheriff’s report says.

In that case, the woman said the suspect was wearing a white button-down shirt with an average build and short dark hair.

In the incident at Kingsley Apartments, a 37-year-old woman said she was walking in the parking lot when a driver suddenly stopped and asked if she could assist him.

“As the victim approached his vehicle, she noticed that the male subject, who was not wearing a shirt, had exposed his genitals,” according to a Fort Mill press release. “She immediately turned and left the area, and the subject proceeded to drive away from the scene.”

Mayer has a criminal past. He was a student at Fort Mill High School in 2013 when he showed a classmate a cellphone video of a sex act between himself and an ex-girlfriend.

According to media reports, there was a video and nude photos and the girlfriend did not know she had been recorded. Mayer pleaded guilty to breach of peace in 2016 and was sentenced to three years of probation.
