A Fort Mill man was charged Thursday with exposing himself to a woman earlier this week outside Kingsley Apartments, according to police.

Brandon J. Mayer, 23, was charged with indecent exposure in Monday evening’s incident, and he was held pending a bond hearing. He’s the same suspect accused of recording sex with his girlfriend in 2013 without her knowledge and showing it to classmates at Fort Mill High School.

This week, a 37-year-old woman said she was walking in the parking lot when a driver suddenly stopped and asked if she could assist him.

“As the victim approached his vehicle, she noticed that the male subject, who was not wearing a shirt, had exposed his genitals,” according to a Fort Mill Police release. “She immediately turned and left the area, and the subject proceeded to drive away from the scene.”

The woman identified the man’s vehicle and license plate, and Mayer asked for an attorney when questioned by police, a report says.

Mayer was a student at Fort Mill High School in 2013 when he showed a classmate a cellphone video of a sex act between himself and an ex-girlfriend.

According to media reports, there was a video and nude photos and the girlfriend did not know she had been recorded. Mayer pleaded guilty to breach of peace in 2016 and was sentenced to three years of probation. Prosecutors dropped charges of sexual exploitation of a minor in that case.
