Scott Albert, a new playwright and director from Fort Mill, has captivated local theatergoers with his latest creation, “The Anniversary,” a dinner theater production that brings the charm of the Rat Pack era to life.
Known for directing compelling plays at the Fort Mill Community Playhouse for the last decade, Albert recently achieved acclaim by winning an MTA for best director and best show with “Next to Normal.” Now, he’s showcasing his versatility by both penning and directing this unique musical experience.
“The Anniversary” is not just a musical; it is a vibrant love story told through classic tunes like “Love and Marriage” and “Cheek to Cheek.” The show innovates with its interactive elements, inviting the audience to become part of the narrative.
