A Planet Fitness member had her car stolen last Sunday morning from the Fort Mill gym after the thief took her keys from a dressing room, according to a sheriff’s report.

The 59-year-old woman was working out at the gym between 9-10 a.m. Dec. 11 when someone removed the keys from her coat and took off with her 2014 Hyundai Sonata.

Staff at the Planet Fitness told deputies that there were no cameras outside of the establishment but that there were cameras inside the gym.

“The coat was in the dressing room area; however, there are no cameras in the dressing room,” a sheriff’s report says.

The next day, the woman’s car was found abandoned in a parking lot without the key by Warren County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia. The vehicle was left locked and without its key.

   No arrest has been announced.

A bar patron at District 23 Bar & Grill in Fort Mill was struck in the head with a pistol and another had her car shot twice while she was inside, authorities said.

An argument spilled out into the bar’s parking lot around 1 a.m. Sunday and turned physical. The unidentified victim was assaulted by multiple people and struck in the back of the head with the pistol, sheriff’s spokesman Trent Faris said.

The gunman then fired at a woman’s car while she was inside, thinking the assault victim was also in the car, Faris said.

Deputies arrived at the bar on Rubin Center Drive and found two vehicles that were involved, including the woman’s car that has several bullet holes, according to a sheriff’s report. The condition of the victims was not listed in the report.

The bar location was formerly named Drunken Goat Bar & Grill. No arrest has been announced.
