Get ready for the Covid-19 version of Commencement in Fort Mill.

The Fort Mill School District is ready to present more than 1,000 seniors with their high school diplomas at the commencement ceremonies for Fort Mill High School and Nation Ford High School.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, changes have been made to the graduation ceremonies this school year. Students will be seated on the field in the stadium at a proper distance to maintain social distancing protocols. The ceremonies will include the traditional student speeches, conferring of diplomas and the turning of the tassel ceremony. Following the ceremony, students will be dismissed to celebrate with their families off site.
