The Fort Mill Town Council has called a special meeting Friday morning to hold a executive session to deal with legal matters.
According to an announcement, the town council is meeting at 9 a.m Friday at council chambers on Confederate Street for one purpose: To take receipt of legal advice regarding claims or lawsuits. An agenda send to local media was not more specific than that.
While the executive session is not open to the public, the council make take action on the executive session item when they come back into public session.
